Rockcastle and Ahn win the 2022 Francis Bronet Innovation Award

Professors Siobhan Rockcastle (architecture) and Kyuho Ahn (interior architecture) have been awarded the 2022 Francis Bronet Innovation Award for their proposal, ‘The Impact of lighting design on occupant perception and behavior in a healthcare environment: an experiment in virtual reality.’ This work will commence in the summer of 2022 and run through the spring of 2023 and will support an experiment in Virtual Reality with a dedicated student research assistant. The Francis Bronet Innovation Award is given each year by the University of Oregon College of Design Dean and supports $4,500 in associated research costs.
