Article on disease transmission risk in buildings accepted to SimAUD 2022

An article co-authored by Hooman Parhizkar, Siobhan Rockcastle, Mark Fretz, and Kevin Van Den Wymelenberg has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication in the annual Proceedings of ANNSIM 2022 in the SimAUD track. The article, titled ‘A SIMULATION-BASED APPROACH TO MITIGATE DISEASE TRANSMISSION RISK FROM AEROSOL PARTICLES IN BUILDINGS’ explores a workflow to evaluate transmission risk based on architectural, environmental, and mechanical variables.
