Audemars Piguet, the Swiss watch manufacturer, just opened the doors to a new manufacturing site at Le Locle, Switzerland. Working with the architect, Kunik de Morsier, Oculight dynamics consulted on the daylight performance in the ateliers and central collaboration space, proposing the series of oculus openings that bring a dynamic and comfortable light down onto the open space below. Alternate roof designs were evaluated for their ability to provide high-quality illumination for circadian health and emotional delight, while reducing problematic conditions for visual comfort.
